Customer Returns

Hello! If you’re on this page it must mean you’re after information on our returns policy. Well you’re in the right place.

To return a LEGO watch or clock, please follow the steps below:

  1. As long as the product is unused or is defective you have a nice round 30 days to return it to us.
  2. You will need to send us an e-mail to uscustomerservice@clictime.com describing the reason for your return and the order number of your purchase.
  3. Once that has all been checked we will email you a unique address label, which you will need to attach to the box containing the item you wish to send back.
  4. Then you need to post the item back to the address on the label.
  5. Your item will then be swiftly delivered to our warehouse where we will conduct appropriate checks, but don’t worry these checks are standard procedure and once they’re done we will provide you with a full refund.
  6. If you send us a faulty item and we confirm that fault during our checks, we will also cover the cost of postage; however this postage coverage does not cover returned unused and unwanted items.
  7. Once the checks are done and the refund is made, you will receive an e-mail notification of the completed refund transaction. The refunded amount will appear in your bank account within 3-5 days.
