> Are all of your product packaging materials environmentally friendly?

We source all of our product packaging from FSC certified sources.

> Can I find out about future products?

Please keep an eye on our social media pages, as everything is updated there. Also sign up to our newsletter to get new product information.

> Can I find you on social media?

Yes, we are on Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr and we have a blog. The links are all available at the bottom of the page.

> Can I place an item on hold?

Unfortunately we do not currently have this option on our website.

> Can I provide feedback?

Yes, we accept feedback with open arms. Please feel free to leave feedback on our social media pages, through email at support@clictime.com or on trustpilot.co.uk.

> Can I return or exchange my products?

We are happy to accept a return within 30 days if the watch has not been opened and is still in its original packaging. If you decide that you have purchased the incorrect watch and would like to exchange it for another please contact us immediately. Similarly if your product is faulty or damaged please contact us immediately and we will work to resolve the problem.

> Can I review my order details?

Yes, as long as you are signed into your account on checkout.

> Can I send one of your products as a gift?

Yes! Simply choose a different shipping address on checkout. However please note that we do not currently offer gift wrapping.

> Do your watches come with warranty?

Yes, all of our watches are covered by a 2 year warranty.

> How can I get in touch if I wish to speak to someone about my product?

> How do I find the watch I am looking for?

Please use the search bar in the top corner if you know the name of your watch. If you don’t, you can browse through our whole collection in using the drop down menu at the top of the page.

> How do I login to my account?

Please click log in at the top of the site.

> How do I recover my log in details?

On the log in page select ‘forgot your password’ and then enter your email address. A temporary password will be sent to you.

> How do I replace a missing part?

Please open a support case at support.legowatches.com. One of our customer service advisors will be able to help you there.

> How do I set the time on my LEGO clock?

Hold down the time set button and then press HR or Min.

> How do I switch the links on my watch?

Position the 2 links at a 90 degree angle. Apply pressure to the bottom link pushing away from the top link.

> How long after I have returned my item will I receive a refund?

We aim to process refunds within 24 hours of receiving a return.

> How long will my order take to arrive?

Typical delivery time takes 1-2 business days for the UK, up to 10 business days for Europe and up to 14 business days for the rest of the world.

> I am having problems placing an order, can you help?

> What are the benefits of registering an account?

By registering, it makes it easier for you to shop with us and also allows you to view your order/refund history. If you sign up to the newsletter you will also be informed of promotional offers as soon as they are released, keeping you ahead of everyone else.

We accept PayPal at the moment as a payment method.

> Where can I purchase a replacement battery?

All of our watches are covered under a 2 year warranty. If your watch has stopped working, please contact us first as opening the back of the cover of the watch will void your warranty. If you are out of warranty, we recommend taking your watch to a watch repair shop as they will have the correct tool to remove the back cover. Batteries for our watches can be purchased at local electronic stores.

> Will my details be passed onto other companies?

Not at all, your details will stay safely in our hands.
